I'm a former Royal Marines Commando who was injured in Afghanistan and became the UK's first triple amputee from the conflict, and I set this Podcast up as an audio journal to record my thoughts, feeling and experiences about living my life as a triple amputee but also to pass on any useful information and advice that I've accumulated along my journey in the hope to help those who are able bodied or less abled that might be facing some difficulties in their lives.

C/Sgt Sam Sheriff MBE is a serving Royal Marines Physical Training Instructor, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, the head of Royal Marines Unarmed Combat, a father, a husband and the founder of REORG Jiu Jitsu amongst a myriad of other extremely impressive accomplishments.
I'm not going to steal his thunder by saying any more and I'm definitely going to get him back on future episodes to talk more about what he's up to, but for now enjoy your intro to the man, the legend, Professor Sam Sheriff!
