I'm a former Royal Marines Commando who was injured in Afghanistan and became the UK's first triple amputee from the conflict, and I set this Podcast up as an audio journal to record my thoughts, feeling and experiences about living my life as a triple amputee but also to pass on any useful information and advice that I've accumulated along my journey in the hope to help those who are able bodied or less abled that might be facing some difficulties in their lives.

Tommy and some of his fellow actors have been supported by RMA - The Royal Marines Charity with assistance to take part in the play 'Soldier On' with The Soldiers Arts Academy which in his own words he says has "given us invaluable experience; building our professional portfolios, credibility and profiles."
