I'm a former Royal Marines Commando who was injured in Afghanistan and became the UK's first triple amputee from the conflict, and I set this Podcast up as an audio journal to record my thoughts, feeling and experiences about living my life as a triple amputee but also to pass on any useful information and advice that I've accumulated along my journey in the hope to help those who are able bodied or less abled that might be facing some difficulties in their lives.

Episode 006 - Stepping Outside the Comfort Zone

For most of us we go from day to day running a very similar routine, we stick with what we know and we stay comfortable and that's fine, but living that way makes it very hard to grow as a person and the only way we can grow is if we step outside of our comfort zone and do things that scare us a little.
In the beginning that may be hard to do but believe me, once you've squashed that fear and dominated that thing you've been avoiding the feeling is incomparable.
Life is all about growth and progress, so get out there, jump outside of your comfort zone, do something that scares you and be a BEAST!!
